Why The Hill Society?

Quiet afternoons in the club room.

Before 4:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, the club room functions as a hospitality suite. Members can use the space for a quick meeting or to catch up on phone calls between downtown appointments. If food, beverage or other services are required, room service can be called to accommodate.

After 4:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, a bartender is on staff to provide bar and table service in the club room. Private wine bins and humidors are also available.

Terms & Conditions:

Membership is by invitation from an existing member in good standing only.  The Hill Society and its membership committee does not discriminate in the selection of members on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, political affiliation, national origin or sexual orientation.   Prospective members are asked to complete an application and submit it to club management for review.  Applications are reviewed  on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. Notification of membership decision will be made within 1 week of review. Upon approval, you will receive an email update with invoice for annual dues to be paid immediately by credit/debit card. 

Each member and their spouse/significant other must carry and present a membership card that is valid and current. The club will not extend privileges or access to the facilities without presentation of a membership card.  

Billings are once per month and are due upon receipt. (If credit card payment is selected, your card will be auto charged and an itemized statement mailed/emailed).  

A late fee of 10% of total invoice will be applied to each invoice that is 30 days past due. This will be a recurring charge until the bill is brought current. Membership   may be suspended/revoked if invoices are unpaid within 60 days.

Membership is for a 12 month period beginning April 1st and fees will be prorated by month if joined mid-year.  Memberships will automatically renew for subsequent 12 month periods unless the Club Manager or Club Accountant is notified in writing not less than 30 days of billing (by March 1st).  A cancellation of membership discontinues availability of all benefits and forfeits the annual dues.  

Fees may be adjusted annually and benefits may change without notice.  By signature below, I (we) agree to abide by all the terms and conditions included as well as all future rules and regulations such as dress code and conduct.  Membership may be revoked if terms are not adhered to.
